Robert Rivard
President of Baseball Operations / Player Agent
Rob Rivard joins BSG with over 25 years experience in baseball representation working for some of the biggest agencies in the country where he engaged in baseball operations both professional and amateur.
Rob is a result oriented professional willing to do what it takes to get the job done in a competent organized and thorough manner.
Rob lives in Tampa Florida with his wife Maritza and is a father of 3 and a grandfather to 3 wonderful grandkids.
Charlie Aliano
Director of Scouting and MLB Draft Advisor
Charles Aliano is a former coach and has spent the last 25 years as a scout Charlie started his scouting career in January of 1998 with the Toronto blue jays as an area scout in the northeast and then transferred to the Carolinas till October of 2003 he then started a new position in central Florida with the Milwaukee brewers in 2003 till 2007 after his time with the brewers he took over as the east coast supervisor with the Chicago cubs where he was involved in the signings of MLB players Javier Baez, Josh Harrison, Jay Jackson and all star DJ LeMahieu.
In the fall of 2013, Charlie accepted a professional scouting position with the Houston Astros where he was involved in multiple trades in 2017 he became a scout with the reds to date Charlie has signed 12 MLB players.
Charlie is a team player and believes everyone is different and every member of the team brings something special to the table. Charlie lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife Angela and his daughter Adelaide.
